With regard to healthy, no-harmful-additives food: Personally, I would like to see more commitment to improving local food supply chains that give small farms and food processors a fighting chance. Until we regulate and restructure things better, the healthier options come from far away and are more expensive in general.
I completely agree! So much to say on this topic but supporting small farmers and local food systems needs to be a top priority. Not sure if the CPC will be able to shake off its addiction to Big Ag. But we can remain hopeful!
