"The decision by the Ontario Liberal Party to allow this surge, and the subsequent defeat of one of the more prominent politicians in the province, shows a party that has lost its way" - for sure, the corruption and contortion enters at the level of party governance. Looks like the rule to allow inclusivity can easily backfire. Is the provincial Liberal executive not concerned? Nobody within the Ontario Libs?

It is a curious situation. If I moved to (insert favourite 3rd country) and decided to run for office, chances are 1) it would not be allowed 2) no-one would vote for me and 3) I would be deported.

So why do Canada and other western countries allow this farcical abuse of our elected gubbermints?

Because it aligns with the overall goals of the current and immediate past Liberal leadership and their obedience to the Laurentian's and their allies the WEF based euro elites.

Very well written summary of what is happening all over Canada now. Sadly it seems some parties are less concerned with electoral honesty than pure power. It is actually somewhat humorous given Erskine-Smith's membership in the "bought majority" in Ottawa that he gets hoist by a bought majority here. Karma can be spectacular, even if we were hoping to see him leave the Federal scene.

It was a very well-written essay and an excellent summary of a sordid, distasteful event that happens far too often in our Country.

However, I am afraid that horse escaped through the barn door some time ago.

If I were an Alberta Separatist, I would be reporting this event to anyone who would listen.

Canada, and Ontario, were once, at least, mildly interested in the proper functioning of our institutions, our democracy, and our traditions and conventions.

If a Country or a Province were to set out to deliberately destroy itself, it could not have chosen a better place to start.

As a US citizen who saw massive and almost unfettered illegal immigration with the help and permission of Biden and most democrats, it's instructive to see what happens to a country run by people who are crazier and even more "progressive"!

As the CEO of my former employer and Canadian-borb citizen said: "we've lost our way."

That is such a Canadian way of saying things!

Born, not borb.
